Presentation System & Brand Alignment
Collaborated with the Creative Director and Senior Designer to redesign AJWS’s primary organizational PowerPoint template. The objective was to create a modern, clean, and highly functional presentation system that could be used consistently across departments.
The redesign focused on:
establishing versatile slide layouts that highlight photography and content clearly
simplifying visual elements while maintaining strong brand consistency
selecting accessible typography (Calibri) to ensure compatibility across user systems
building a fully editable slide master system with integrated brand swatches for ease of use
Because the template is used organization-wide, careful consideration was given to clarity, flexibility, and long-term usability. The final system supports internal and external presentations while maintaining AJWS’s visual identity.
